Recipe used for calming the mind and improving vitality

Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Bulbus Lilii, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Arillus Longan, Fructus Lycii, Radix Astragali, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae

  • Serves 3 to 4 persons.
  • NATURAL INGREDIENTS. NO ADDED PRESERVATIVE, COULOURING OR FLAVORING. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if do not use immediately or once packet is opened.
  • Preparation:
  1. Ingredients:

One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.

  1. Conventional Cooker:

Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1½ hours.

  1. Pressure Cooker:

Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat. After that, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Follow precautionary procedure when using pressure cooker.

  1. Seasoning:

Add salt or soya sauce as desired
