HOW TO USE

Once a week, each time 5g to 10g. For more serious health conditions, please consult a Chinese physician.
Crush and place the ginseng in a porcelain double-boiler. Add half a bowl of water (about 130ml) and double-boil for 4 hours. Do not open the double-boiler immediately. After 1 hour, consume the liquid as well the roots, ideally 1 hour before meal.
One day before consuming ginseng, meals have to be simpler, easily digestible and not oily (like porridge and vegetables). One day after consuming ginseng, avoid consuming carrots, tea and oily fried foods. While consuming ginseng, do your best to stay calm, reduce worry and simplify life. With this, the maximum benefit of ginseng can derived.
