1. Upon purchase, please contact Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic for appointment. Customers can choose to redeem at any of our TCM clinics within 30 days from the date of purchase:

-    Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
-    SS2 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
-    Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor
-    Lebuh Chulia, Penang
2. Once appointment confirmed, please walk in to Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic.
3. Kindly present the order or payment confirmation email for verification and redemption purposes.
