Foot Massaging Tips
  • Avoid foot massaging if you are menstruating, pregnant or seriously ill.
  • Each session should last 30 - 45 minutes.
  • Foot massaging can only be carried out at least 1 hour after meals, and 30 minutes before meals.
  • After massaging, drink 300 - 500ml warm water or tea. Avoid other beverages like alcohol and carbonated drinks.
