- Avoid foot massaging if you are menstruating, pregnant or
seriously ill.
- Each session should last 30 - 45 minutes.
- Foot massaging can only be carried out at least 1 hour
after meals, and 30 minutes before meals.
- After massaging, drink 300 - 500ml warm water or tea.
