- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or
Business Admin
- Minimum 5 years of retail industry
experience
- Able to manage and lead 50 retail
outlets to achieve its target and daily operation
- Broad Retail background, particularly
in Sales & Operations, with experience in other Retail
Functions is desirable
- Demonstrable competence in managing a
winning sales team, implementing standard
- Processes and achieving sales targets
- Continuously coach and develop Area
