1. Retail Manager / Assistant Retail Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Admin
  • Minimum 5 years of retail industry experience
  • Able to manage and lead 50 retail outlets to achieve its target and daily operation
  • Broad Retail background, particularly in Sales & Operations, with experience in other Retail Functions is desirable
  • Demonstrable competence in managing a winning sales team, implementing standard
  • Processes and achieving sales targets
  • Continuously coach and develop Area Managers
  • Strong team building skills
  • Willing to travel nationwide across Malaysia
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal & writing skill in Mandarin, English & BM
2. Area Manager
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Admin or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience preferable in managing retail store operations
  • Having sound knowledge and good practice on general management functions of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and motivation of staff
  • Possess positive attitude and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel nationwide across Malaysia
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal & writing skill in Mandarin, English & BM
3. Admin Executive (2 positions, 1 position based in Cheras)
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or ICSA professional qualification
  • At least 2-3 years working experience
  • Outstanding organization skills with ability to multi-task confidently & handle pressure
4. Human Resource Executive
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Admin or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years working experience in training & development, payroll administration, attendance management & staff benefit and compensation
  • Good interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good verbal & writing skill in Mandarin, English & BM
5. System Support
  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in hardware & software system support
  • Have strong knowledge in networking, system setup configuration & troubleshooting
  • Able to support POS system, CCTV and LAN system
6. Graphic Designer
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Graphic Design or Interior Design
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Chinese software
  • Able to operate MAC
  • Great creative imagination
  • Designer's eye and good taste
  • Good verbal & writing skill in Mandarin, English & BM
  • Able to perform within tight deadlines and ensure timely deliveries
  • Able to perform multi task
  • At least two (2) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
7. Retail Management Trainee

Training contents:

  • Product & healthcare knowledge

  • Customer relationship

  • Inventory planning & management

  • Outlet management

  • Outlet sales analysis

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management

  • Good interpersonal skill at all levels

  • Willing to relocate within Malaysia

  • Good verbal & writing skill in Mandarin, English & BM

  • Active in curricular activities

8. Customer Service Officer
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Self motivated and committed with a desire to achieve goals and targets
9. Clinic Assistant
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
10. Front Desk Officer
  • Min. SPM or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

11. Outlet Sales / Promoter
  • Min. SPM or equivalent

12. Outlet Supervisor
  • Min. SPM or equivalent

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in retail industry
13. Store Assistant
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Simple writing skill in English & able to operate PC will be an added advantage
14. Receptionist
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Attend to incoming calls
  • In-charge of courier services
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in verbal & written skill in Mandarin and simple verbal & written skill in English & BM
  • Pleasant personality and well-groomed
  • 1 year working experience in related field
15. General Worker
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • In-charge of office maintenance
16. Packer
  • Age 20 - 45 years old
17. Temporary Staff / Part Timer
  • Age 16 years old & above
