The postpartum period typically sees the body having ‘emptiness’ and stasis. Angelica can help increase haemoglobin, promote blood circulation and improve any deficiency of blood. Also helps with anaemia, cold hands and feet.

Fructus Jujubae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Fructus Lycii, Radix Polygoni Multiflori.

Cooking Instructions:
One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.
Conventional Cooker:
Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 ½ hours.

Serving: 3 – 4 persons (For confinement usage, to take on the 8th day after delivery) Keep in a cool, dry place.
