Bak Foong Nourishment Soup
Ingredients (serves four)
|20g||Eu Yan Sang Gold Label Bak Foong Pills|
|1/4 piece||Tangerine Peel|
|A pinch||Salt (to taste)|
1. Wash the chicken and remove innards, head and tail. Skin the chicken for healthier option.
2. Soak tangerine peel before use.
3. Put tangerine peel in pot, add water and bring to a boil.
4. Add all other ingredients and simmer over slow fire for three hours.
5. Add salt to taste and serve.
