Chrysanthemum Rose Chinese Wolfberry Tea

Suitable for
those who are irritable and experiencing headaches, dizziness and red eyes.

Ingredients:
chrysanthemum 3g, rose 3g, Chinese wolfberry (goji) 10g

Method:
Put ingredients into a mug, add hot water and leave to soak for five minutes. Drink several times throughout the day.

 


Chinese Wolfberry & Red Date Soup

Suitable for
those suffering from dizziness, poor sense of taste, fatigue and lethargy, and paleness of face.

Ingredients:
Chinese wolfberry (goji) 10g, mulberry 15g, red date 10 pieces

Method:
Simmer ingredients in 500 ml of water and serve. Drink once in the morning and once in the evening.

 


Lotus Lily Porridge

Suitable for
pre- and postmenopausal women suffering from insomnia, memory loss, weakness in the body and rough skin.

Ingredients:
lotus seed 30g, lily bulb 30g, rice 30g

Method:
Prepare porridge with all the ingredients. Eat twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
