e-Invoice Updates

Dear valued customers,
Following the guidelines set by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRB), we would like to inform you that our Company is implementing e-Invoicing starting from 1 December 2024. 
Moving forward, the generation and processing of invoices will be conducted electronically, replacing traditional paper invoices.

As our valued customer, you will receive duly validated e-Invoices by the IRB. 
Please allow 24 hours for the system to process before the e-Invoice is available to be requested.

In addition, please ensure the original receipt is kept, facilitating the issuance of the e-Invoice, as receipt information is required to request a validated e-Invoice from IRB.

If you need an electronic invoice, you are encouraged to request it within the same month. Requests made after the 5th of the following month will be denied due to the completion of the monthly consolidation of e-invoices.

尊敬的客户们,
根据马来西亚内陆税务局（IRB）的指导方针，我们想通知您，本公司将从2024年12月1日开始实施电子发票。今后，发票将通过电子的方式进行，取代现有的传统发票。

作为我们尊贵的客户，您可以在购买产品24小时后，在指定的网站提出申请。您将会收到经IRB验证的电子发票。

此外，客户请保留正版的收据，因为需要收据内的资料才能向 IRB提出申请；并通过验证，才能发出电子发票。

如果您需要电子发票，我们鼓励您在当月内提出申请。次月 5 日之后所提出的申请，将因电子发票程序的限制，而被拒绝。
