Red Dates, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, Codonopsis Root, Ginseng Whisker, Fragrant Solomonseal Rhizome, Chinese Yam, Astragalus Root
Serves 3 to 4 persons
Empty one packet of soup ingredients, 500g of meat, 1500ml of water into pot and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 ½ hour. Add salt pr soya sauce as desired. Proportion of meat and water can be adjusted according to own preference.
*Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if packet is opened or to store for a long period.
