Fermented traditionally using urns without adding any yeast. The fresh plum goes through this natural fermentation process for more than 18 months without any additives. The final outcome of this is the intense aroma of pure plum vinegar with a smoother mellow taste.

Note:

• To avoid any side effects, abstain from taking medication within 2 hours after consuming.
• This product is processed using natural ingredients. Sediments at the bottom of the bottle are water-soluble fibres. Shake well before use.
• Appearance of each bath may differ slightly as there is no artificial colouring or preservative added.

Plum vinegar

• Dilute 20ml of vinegar with warm or cold water. Adjust the taste based on your personal preference. Also can dilute as drinking water.
