For every 1 portion of Hawthorn Vinegar, dilute with 4 portions of water, or mix according to taste.

To avoid any side effects, abstain from taking medication within 2 hours after consuming Hawthorn Vinegar. This product is processed naturally. Sediments at the bottom of bottle are water-soluble fibres. Shake well before use. Appearance of each product might be different as there is no added artificial colouring or preservative.
