• Upon purchase, you will receive a Health Screening Package voucher for redemption purposes.
• Prior appointment is required upon redemption. For further information or to make an appointment, kindly contact Customer Care at 03-9142 2862.
• Kindly present the original voucher at Pantai Hospital Cheras to redeem your health screening package.

Terms and conditions:  

• Package redemption period till 30 April 2023, strictly no extension of package validity.
• Package redemption is available at Pantai Hospital Cheras only.
• No refund of unused package.
• Not applicable to combined with other vouchers, discount, or promotion.
• No Eu Rewards points will be credited to Eu Rewards membership card for any package purchased.
• Once the package is paid, it will be considered as SOLD, no cancellation and refund are allowed.
