Indonesia Cave Bird's Nest originates on the cave walls of the Indonesian archipelago in Southeast Asia. Indonesia has ancient rainforests, and due to its ability to maintain a natural environment with dense forests, abundant rain, and sunshine, the bird's nest has excellent nutritional value. known for its nourishing, moisturizing, and beautifying effects. Preparation:
Use 1 piece each time, for 2 persons. Steep in warm water (600ml±) for 4 hours or until it expanded and texture softened. Place the soaked bird's nest piece in a double boiler with 2 bowls (400ml) of water and 40gm of cane sugar. Double boil for 2 hours on moderate flame.
Reminder:
After 4 hours soaking, please check the bird's nest texture. If you find that the birds nest strips are still hard lumps on the corner or edge, please soak it separately for extra 20 minutes (depending on the thickness), and the bird's nest strips please take out and put aside. Please adjust the soaking time in cold weather.
Note:
- Individuals sensitive to various foods, especially fluid-like protein sources like milk and eggs, should also avoid this product.
- It is normal to have a small amount of fur on the bird's nest. It does not affect the quality of bird's nest. Bird's nest fur are too fine to be remove by workers in traditional way.
