Eu Yan Sang Ma-Shi Bird Nest is the best quality bird's nest available. It is untempered, whole and clean. Upon cooking, it is fragrant with excellent texture. Excellent for the complexion, bird's nest prevents dryness, nourishes body fluids (yin), strengthens the lungs, stomach and kidneys. 

Use 1 piece per serving. Serve 2. Steep bird's nest in a bowl of warm water for 3 hours, or until it expands and softens in texture. Place the expanded bird's nest in double-boiler. Add 2 bowls of warm water (or 500gm) and 40gm cane sugar. Double boil for 2 hours with moderate flame. Serve.

Individuals sensitive to various food, especially fluid-like protein sources like milk and eggs, should also avoid this product.
