Redemption Steps:

• Upon purchase, please contact Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (exclude Penang Clinic) for appointment.
• Once appointment confirmed, please walk in to respective Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic.
• Kindly present the order or payment confirmation email for verification and redemption purposes.

Terms and conditions:    

• The treatment in the package is applicable to acupuncture only and is limited up to 45 minutes per session.
• Other treatment add-ons (i.e cupping, scraping, moxibustion, heating lamp) will be entitled for special rate during the package validity period. 
• Treatment Package B must be consumed within 12 months from the date of purchase, strictly no extension of package validity.
• No refund of unconsumed sessions.
• The package is non-transferable (can only be used at the same Clinic branch only).
• Additional charges apply for herbal prescriptions, additional treatment and/or consumables.
• Not applicable to combined with other vouchers, discount or promotion.
• No Eu Rewards points will be credited to Eu Rewards membership card for any TCM Treatment made.
• Once package paid considered SOLD, no cancellation allowed and non refundable.
• Customer must redeem the package at Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic within 30 days after order placed.
• If the package failed to redeem within 30 days, the package will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.
• Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health retains the final decision in the event of any dispute.
