Preparation of Yee Sang

Varieties: Eu Yan Sang Lou Sang 1 Box

Dressing
1. Fish Slices - 100gm (10 pcs) *optional
2. Cooking Oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Lime - 2-3 Slices
4. Pear - 1piece Shredded)
5. Some coriander and green onion

Method:
1. First of all, drain the yee sang varieties.
2. Place the varieties on a round plate respectively.
3. Place the shredded pear at the middle of the plate.
4. Add up grinded ground nut, sesame, yam slices and 'bo cui' cracker on the top of the pear.
5. Mix the sliced fish with pepper, five spices powder, oil & lime juice before put on to the plate
6. Lastly, pour in the ready mixed sauce and add some coriander & green onion on the top.
7. Finally, everybody "Lou Sang" together.

*This product uses pure vegetable ingredients, vegetarians avoid eating pickled leek slices.
