Fructus Jujubae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Fructus Lycii, Radix Polygoni Multiflori.
Cooking Instructions:
One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.
Conventional Cooker:
Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 ½ hours.
Serving: 3 – 4 persons (For confinement usage, to take on the 8th day after delivery) Keep in a cool, dry place.
