The Finely Selected Fish Maw is basically extracted from the swim bladder in a fish, and is a kind of high-protein low-fat food. It has been properly cleaned immediately after extracted cut, sun dried and later oven baked until it turns golden brown.
The common cooking method is either stew, boil with soup, or slow cook. Suggest to pair or mix with a choice of chicken, pork ribs or abalone. Before cooking, it is recommended to blanch it in hot water.
HOW TO USE
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if do not use immediately or once packet is opened.
