Indonesia Caves Bird's Nest

Harvested from Indonesia natural cave nests, this exquisite bird's nest is renowned as a premium delicacy. Smooth and delicately aromatic, it is rich in natural minerals, protein and nutrients easily absorbed by the body.

Consumption:

Use 2 pieces per serving. Serves two. Soak the bird's nest in a bowl of warm water for 3 hours, or until it expands and softens in texture. Place the expanded bird's nest in a double boiler. Add 2 rice bowls of warm water (500ml) and 40g cane sugar. Double boil for 2 hours on medium flame.
