• Defrost it for 30 minutes, then remove from plastic and put if in a bowl, steam for 15 minutes to reheat and ready to serve.

3. Braised Spare Ribs with Chinese Herbs

• Defrost it for 30 minutes, then remove from plastic and put in a bowl, steam for 15 minutes to reheat and ready to serve.

4. Braised Chicken Drumstick with Rendang Sauce

• Defrost it for 1 hour, then remove from plastic and put if in a bowl, steam for 20 minutes to reheat and ready to serve.

5. Steamed Pork Belly with Preserved Veg

• Defrost it for 1 hour, then remove from plastic and put if in a bowl, steam for 20 minutes to reheat and ready to serve.
