Terms and Conditions

• The campaign period is from 1/1/2025 to 31/1/2025.
• Participants must be Eu Yan Sang active members. Winners will be determined based on the membership used at the time of purchase.
• How to participate: During the campaign period，Eu Yan Sang active members who spend RM388 or more in a single receipt at any Eu Yan Sang store or on the Eu Yan Sang Malaysia official website, except those authorized special outlets, will receive one (1) lucky draw entry.Participants are required to complete a form to confirm their lucky draw entry.
• If the winner cannot be reached for any reason within 3 working days from the winner announcement date, the prize will be automatically forfeited. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner at its sole discretion and select other qualified participants without providing any other compensation.
• Winners must collect their concert tickets from Eu Yan Sang booth at the concert venue from 4pm to 7:00 PM on 15/2/2025, by presenting the original prize redemption letter issued by Eu Yan Sang. Late collections will not be entertained.
• Concert tickets are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other forms.
• Winners are required to participate in photography and videography sessions arranged by Eu Yan Sang, including but not limited to photos and video recordings for promotional purposes. The content may be used across various Eu Yan Sang promotional channels, such as official websites, social media platforms, and advertisements. Winners agree to grant Eu Yan Sang the right to use this content without compensation and waive any claims to image rights or copyright.
• Eu Yan Sang (1959) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify and cancel the eligibility of any participant who does not meet the above criteria.
• Eu Yan Sang (1959) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change or modify any of the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
