1. Blanch chicken meat in boiling water.
2. Cut Abalone Slice into smaller slices.
3. Soak Abalone Slices with toher ingredients in hot water for 5 minutes.
4. Pour all ingredients into stew pot
5. Add salt to taste and 2 litres water. Stew in low heat for 4 hours.
Store in a cool and dry place, keep refrigerated if not use immediately or once packing is opened.
