Redemption Steps:
1. Upon purchase, customer will receive a text message (SMS) from Eu Yan Sang (66688) and an email from info@euyansang.com within 5 working days. Prior to the event day, a reminder message will also be sent through Eu Yan Sang official WhatsApp “017-506 1959”.
*Please ensure that the correct phone number and email address are provided during registration.
2. During the event day, participant only have to present the e-ticket with barcode as admission qualification.

Terms & Conditions:
1. No Eu Rewards points will be credited to Eu Rewards membership card for any e-ticket.
2. Once e-ticket confirmed, It cannot be modified.
3. Once e-ticket paid considered SOLD, no cancellation allowed and non refundable under any circumstances.
4. E-ticket is not applicable to combined with other vouchers, discount or promotion.
5. Strictly non-transferable, not for resale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances.
