1)    This promotion is valid from January 01, 2021 to February 11, 2021.
2)    Public Bank Credit or Debit Card member is entitled to redeem the EYS rebate voucher based on the following spending tiers:-  
-Spend RM388-RM988.00 in a single receipt to get RM28 EYS rebate voucher  
-Spend RM988.01 and above in a single receipt to get RM38 EYS rebate voucher       
3)    All payment must be charged to Public Bank Credit or Debit Card.
4)    Splitting bills or credit cards are not allowed.
5)  This promotion and the usage of the EYS rebate voucher is available in all Eu Yan Sang outlets in Malaysia except those in AEON Supermarket, authorised special outlets, The Zun Kitchenette, and Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health Sdn. Bhd. 
6)  The EYS Rebate Voucher is only valid on next purchase, and all payment must be charged to Public Bank Credit or Debit Card.

1)  Please present this voucher at point of purchase to enjoy rebate from your total bill. (Valid for ONE transaction only.)
2)  This voucher is only valid on next purchase, and all payment must be charged to Public Bank Credit or Debit Card.
3)  Minimum payment for payment charge under Credit or Debit Card must be RM30.00.
4)  The next transaction made using this rebate voucher is not entitled to redeem EYS rebate voucher.
5)  This voucher is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
6)  Only original voucher(s) with official chop by Eu Yan Sang (1959) Sdn. Bhd. will be accepted. 
7)  This voucher can be used at all Eu Yan Sang outlets in Malaysia except those in AEON Supermarket, authorised special outlets, The Zun Kitchenette, and Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health Sdn. Bhd.
