Taiwan’s well-known macrobiotics expert Wang Ming Yung advocates “3 Good Green Deeds”, which means organic brings the good in it to consumers, producers and to the environment. He invokes people to be who they are, so that they can live healthily and even contribute on protecting the Earth.
Consumers: Reject refined and industrialized food. The key to a healthy body is to pursue the most original taste of food.
Producers: Reject the use of additives, preservatives and other unnatural chemical substances. Producers’ health can also be guaranteed by ensuring that each product is harmless.
Environment: Rejects any damage that can be done to the environment. We need a good quality of air, water and soil to nourish Mother Nature.
