What exactly is Damp-heat?
Dampness can be categorised into 2 types: 
•    External dampness = caused by weather and environment
•    Internal dampness = caused by weak digestion with unhealthy diet 

Where does the heat come from?
•    Heat and dampness from the weather combine and enter the body
•    Dampness stagnates too long in the body and turns into heat
•    “Excess Yang constitution” causes dampness to transform to heat

•    Zhu San Li point (ST36): 4 fingers width below the depression of the outer patella
•    Feng Long point (ST40): Midpoint between the outer patella and tip of the outer ankle
•    Cheng Shan point (BL57): Midpoint between the tendon behind the ankle and the depression behind the knee
•    Yin Ling Quan point (SP9): Inner side of the calf, depression below the protrusion of the fibula
