1. Sleep
Sleeping releases growth hormones that, in turn, help your skin rebuild dead and dying cells. To get into the groove of better sleeping habits, try increasing your sleep time by 10% and avoid synthetic sleep aids— they might be habit-forming!
2. Skip the Sun
Sunlight can drain collagen from the skin, resulting in wrinkles, discolouration and a rougher texture. And try to avoid exposure to sunlight between 10am and 4pm—that’s when UV rays are at their most potent.
3. Bask in a Mask
Make an allnatural green tea mask (it’s rich in polyphenols, too): mix one egg, wildflower honey, lemon juice and organic green tea powder until it forms a paste. Slather it on and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.
