Q: Which parts of Malaysia are covered by Eu Yan Sang's "Free Delivery Zone"?

Q: How long does it take to deliver my gift(s)?

A: Delivery time is normally 5 – 7 working days for Peninsular and East Malaysia after order confirmation.


Q: When the recipient is not at home to receive my gift?

A: Before delivery, our drivers will call the recipient to confirm the address and arrange for a convenient delivery time. However, in the event that the recipient is still unavailable, our driver will leave the gift with either the recipient's family member or work-mate who is able to receive the gift on behalf of the recipient. The receiver is required to leave his or her name, I/C number as well as sign the delivery order before the gift is released.


Q: What are Eu YanSang's delivery schedules?

A: From Monday to Friday, Morning (9.30am till 12.00pm) and Afternoon (12.01pm till 6pm). Deliveries via courier service require 2 to 7 working days and vary according to the recipient's address.


Q: Can I place orders on liquor products?

A: Yes. You may place order on liquor products, however delivery on the liquor product is only available within West Malaysia and all liquor products are prohibited to deliver to East Malaysia.



Q: Can I place orders online although I never registered any user/member account online?

A: No. You need to register a user/member account before you proceed further to shop online.


Q: If I purchased an item before a promotion starts but is due to receive it only after the promotion is running, am I entitled to the promotion’s benefits?

A: No. Orders are processed at the point of our receiving them, hence, items would be charged at the price as at the moment of sale, regardless of the delivery date.  


Q: May I place my order through the phone?                        

A: No. We do not accept phone orders. 


Q: Can I make changes to my order items, delivery address, billing details and other order details after I have received the order confirmation via email?

A: No. Changes cannot be made to a confirmed order. Please ensure all the items , billing details, address and other order details are correct before you checkout and payment.   


Q: Can I have special request for additional accessories such as paper bags and etc?

A: No. We will pack and pick those items that placed in your shopping cart.



Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept online Credit Card and Debit Card payments via VISA and MASTER cards and Online Banking. However, you're most welcome to visit our nearest branch.


Q: Can I request for an official invoice to be sent to my billing address for my order?

A: No, you may log in to My Account and search under the records of your orders under Orders to view and print out a copy of your invoice.


Q: Can I request for a separate invoice to be issued to my company for the order I have placed?           

A: No. We would not be able to issue a separate invoice as your order has been paid directly with you Debit/Credit Card.



Q: Can I choose to exclude certain items contained within hampers?

A: The contents of hampers are fixed as displayed.



Q: How much is the membership fees?

A: New sign up for one year membership-RM15


Q: Do I need to renew my membership?
