1. Eat

Eat more fruits and vegetables (don’t be picky!). Avoid too much cold or very oily food.

2. Tonics

Prepare a simple drink by adding wolfberries, chrysanthemum and red dates to hot water. Some herbal wine is also good for blood circulation.

3. Sports

Any kind of simple activity that gets the heart pumping, improves circulation and strengthens the muscles.

4. Mood

Relax and try not to get riled; otherwise, muscles will tense up.

5. Sleep

Maintain a relaxed posture to prevent tense muscles. A pillow 4-5cm high is best. If you sleep on your side, your neck and shoulder should form a right angle.

6. Keep dry

Dry yourself thoroughly after a shower, and do not let wet hair rest against your neck for too long.
