CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General
These terms and conditions for sale apply to all purchases made from EU YAN SANG (1959) SDN BHD (and its group of companies (‘EYSMY’) (“we, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders where necessary. Product images are for illustration only and may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be made at checkout using approved payment methods.

4. Order & Acceptance
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.

5.Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Return & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery, subject the following:
(i) Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase;
(ii) Sale or clearance items are non-returnable;
(iii) Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

7. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive defective or damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

8. Warranty
Products may come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Personal Data
Any personal data provided by you will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
You acknowledge and consent that, for the purpose of complying with tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements, we may disclose necessary personal data (such as name, identification number, and contact details) to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

11. Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
